I am absolutely delighted with the customer service, installation & quality of our new doors. When I phoned Norton Windows, I was looking for a price ASAP, & Kev came out the same day. I was given a quote at my appointment & paid the deposit no pressure was applied but I paid my deposit there & then being really impressed with the quote I was given. Only days later Kev visited with their surveyor whom gave the go ahead for our work to be carried out. I was promised 2/3 wks & sure enough 2.5 wks later the new doors were installed. The team arrived on time and all with happy smiles for that time of the morning. I was incredibly impressed with how swiftly the doors were installed, & how clean Kev, & his team worked, leaving my home clean & tidy with beautiful new doors as they left. But not before taking the time to show me how the doors worked. Our lives are upside down with a renovation of our home at the moment, & all I can say is that Kev & his team at Norton Windows made this part of the renovation an absolute pleasure, & completely stressfree. Resulting in me ordering another 2 doors from them… Thank you guys!

The Norton team recently replaced all of our windows, external doors and door canopy. From start to finish they offered the highest quality service, we are very pleased finished job. I recently had my conservatory roof replaced with a new Guardian Warm roof and I couldn't be more happy, the lads did exactly what they said they would do, treat my house with the respect they said , I will definitely be coming back to see kev and his lads to do all my windows, so pleased I chose NORTON WINDOWS!!!

I had very specific ideas of the windows and door I wanted and they have provided exactly as I required. The windows and door are of excellent quality and the transformation is stunning. Replacement porch windows and doors , guys arrived on time and were very meticulous and very neat and tidy , job when completed looks great .

Kevin and his team done a great job after we were ripped off by a different company that took our money and never complete job .Kevin sorted us out with completing our extension with roof windows doors etc ,also done front door and windows ,they worked through all the bad weather to make sure we were water tight thanks again lads
